Sundried Southwest Dip
Yield: About 2 1/2 cups
Preparation Time: 10 min start to finish
Ingredients

(8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

(8 ounce) sour cream
|
|

packet |
(1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
|
|

(13 ounce) sundried tomatoes, julienne cut or chopped
|

can |
(4 ounce) diced green chiles, drained
|
|

Tablespoons |
fresh cilantro (9 sprigs)
|
|

lime, juiced to equal about 2 Tbsp
|
|
Directions:
Add cream cheese, sour cream, ranch salad dressing mix, sundried tomatoes, drained green chiles, cilantro and lime juice to a food processor bowl. Process for 30 seconds until well blended.
Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
