Pizza Brunch-wich
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients

(4-1/2-oz.) Underwood Deviled Ham

English muffins, split, toasted
|
|
4 |
|
eggs
|
|
1/4 |
cup |
water
|
|
2 |
tablespoons |
butter or margarine
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
spaghetti sauce
|
|
2 |
slices |
Mozzarella cheese, halved
|
|
Directions:
Spread deviled ham on each toasted muffin half.
In small bowl, beat eggs with water. In medium skillet, melt butter; add eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set. Spoon eggs over muffins. Top with spaghetti sauce. Place 1/2 slice of cheese over sauce. Broil 3 - 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
