Confetti Green Beans
Yield: Makes 4 1-cup servings.
Ingredients

Land O Lakes Unsalted Butter

(10-oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed, drained

(8-oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
pitted, sliced (1/4-inch) ripe olives
|
|

teaspoon |
basil leaves
|
|

teaspoon |
oregano leaves
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
garlic powder
|

medium tomato, cut into 16 wedges
|

Directions:
In heavy 2-quart saucepan melt butter over medium heat (4 to 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients except tomato. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (8 to 10 minutes). Add tomato wedges. Cover; let stand 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated through.
