Orange Salsa
Spoon it over shrimp, fish or chicken
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients

orange segments, membranes removed and cut into half-inch pieces (2-3 oranges)

1/2 |
cup |
chopped sweet onion
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
chopped, peeled apple or jicama
|
|
2 |
tablespoons |
chopped red bell pepper
|
|

tablespoons |
fresh lime juice
|
|
1 |
tablespoon |
finely chopped jalapeno or other chili pepper
|
|
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to blend. Serve chilled.
It's best served the same day it's made.
